Depot Lewes

Depot is an award-winning independent 3-screen cinema and contemporary café-restaurant. It is located right next to the railway station in the centre of Lewes, East Sussex, within the South Downs National Park.

The cinema offers an innovative programme of mainstream, art house and independent films; world cinema, documentaries and classic films; along with special events, guest speakers and workshops.

The destination restaurant offers modern dining in a range of airy inside/outside spaces, including a terrace, garden and private hire facilities. There is an emphasis on local suppliers and vegan options are always available.

On the site of a historic orchard, Depot’s walled garden is an idyllic haven in the centre of Lewes, with picnic benches and a pop up bar for al fresco celebrations.
